Hi, I'm Catherine Zimmerman, and I am the co-founder for the Association for Integrative and Spiritual Hypnotherapists. That I have founded this with my friend and colleague, Kelly Raymond. Kelly, take a moment and tell people about yourself.

Well, I've been in practice, private practice for about 15 years, and I would describe myself as a transpersonal, mostly transpersonal hypnotherapist. And it's because I profoundly healed from past life regression in my training. So it just set me onto that track. And I'm also a psychic medium, so it is the one technique that dovetails beautifully in hypnotherapy and spirituality. So I, just like Catherine, for years have practiced a little differently than most people. Wouldn't you say, Catherine?

I think so. And it's interesting because I have my career has evolved over the years. And what fits these days, after honestly, it's shocking to say 37 years in this field, I am definitely a transpersonal hypnotherapist. It's the perfect title for based on what I'm doing with clients and what I'm teaching in my in my school. Right.

In our experience as well as um transpersonal hypnotherapists and always relying upon our intuition as well to lead us with our clients and our in our processes with them, right? Absolutely. We have found over the years that it makes us a much better therapist tuning into our to our intuition. So we decided that, hmm, as we're looking out there, we really don't have an association that reflects how it is that we particularly practice. So we thought about establishing our own, that we could bring in the spiritual hypnotherapists and other spiritualists as well and life coaches into one um under one umbrella to give them a safe haven to explore integrated processes that we have seen our our clients benefit so much from.

That's exactly what we're doing. And I haven't been this excited about something in a long time. And what we're noticing is that the people who've joined us so far, and we've had a really good response, they're coming. Almost everyone comes to everything we have to offer them because it's resonating.

Yes. And I think the thing that makes us unique too, Catherine, and I believe why so many of the of folks come to our events that we offer is because we not only support the hypnotherapists and their practice and their skill set, but we support the hypnotherapists and other practitioners of all types that that fall under our umbrella, spiritual and practitioners of hypnotherapy. We address them as the person and try and hold space for them for their growth so that they can be a better therapist as well and practitioner in general.

And that makes such a difference. And it's not that we've let go of anything that might fall under that clinical umbrella. I I would do medical hypnotherapy and RB if I had clients that wanted that, because I have been well trained and experienced in that area, but always bringing in the intuitive piece to it and that connection to source, whatever that is for everybody, that's what makes the difference.

And you know, so many of us as healers have gone through a lot in our life. And it's by design because it grows our compassion piece. But with that being the case, we need that kind of support because growth is an ongoing cycle. We don't just, you know, we we heal one thing and then it's like layers. There's always more to be healed and more to be explored spiritually. So we just encourage everybody on that journey to join us because we give you that safe haven and that home for that support, both personally as well as professionally.

And I think that's what's been missing for me in other associations that I've that I've belonged to over the years, is that personal support. Absolutely. Because that survey that we sent out a few months ago, when I'm preparing for Wisdom Circle that I offer once a month, I pull out that survey and I say, what did our what did the people that responded to the survey, what did they say they wanted? And I started out with something that people asked for how to work with resistant clients. 78% of the people who responded wanted that. So we're really meeting them where they are.

Exactly. And the flip side of the coin, me being with the woo-woo Wednesday once a month sessions, um, it's interesting, isn't it? How we all as spiritual beings having this human experience, there's all there's a universality, I don't know if that's the word, to our experience. And inevitably when we're when we're exploring things, all things spiritual, all things woo-woo, it so resonates with us all, with everybody that's in the room, doesn't it? Because we all come from a common universal experience. So I think that's why it appeals to so many of the of our members and they're getting so much out of it.

I think so. Yeah, I'm I'm more excited every day with what we can offer them. Uh, it feels good to be part of that support for the new people who are newer to the profession and those of us who are seasoned and maybe otherwise would be burned out.

That's right. So they're getting a lot of good education because the truth of the matter is that fundamentals have to be there for you to be able to be an effective transpersonal practitioner. So you have to have the nuts and bolts down and mastered in order to do the transpersonal work. So we offer the full range of educational experience as well as the personal enrichment aspect of it. We have so much that's interesting as far as topics. So we invite all spiritualists. If you're an intuitive like I was just starting out before I got trained with hypnotherapy on your journey, you we have a we have a home for you. If you are a hypnotherapist, whether you are new or seasoned, we have a wealth of educational opportunities for you. And both enrichment as well as interesting, interesting topics. Um, for the life coach, we offer you a home here as well. So we have a lot to offer. And also if you're a Reiki practitioner, anything along that spectrum, even the who else? Who else?

Am I missing anybody else, Catherine? Well, the the we have that associate level. So for people who just had a minimum of 150 hours of training, can join us and we will help you finish your training so that you can be certified.

And students, if you're looking for a place to become certified, if you're looking, if you know that you're a healer and don't know where to start, we're a blake, we're a great place for you to start. We can give you those tools.

Although you do have to be a student of an AISH approved school to qualify for that level.

And then you have all the exposure to woo-woo Wednesday, psychic circle, all the stuff, even while you're training. So we have great benefits, lots of lots of peaks and or what is it? Perks. Perks, that's what I'm looking for. Lots of perks for you.

And I and it's such a value for the uh annual fee. So many things are free to our members.

Yeah. We do. So we hope that you will take a peruse around our website and see what resonates with you, see where you fall in our many membership offerings, and consider us. Consider us. And even if you wanted to give a try for um some of our offerings that we have before you join, because a lot of people have done that, haven't they, Catherine? They've come to experience what it is that we offer and then join on. So you can take us for a test drive, get a peek in behind the veil and see what we do and make your own determination. But we've we've been very happy with those who have have um seen the value of what we have to offer here and how it's different and how it fits a need that is not currently available.
